Chief Growth Officer - MassMutual Federal Credit Union
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and fellow executives, contributing to the Credit Union’s broader business models.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract lifelong members, leveraging data, behavioral insights, and market intelligence to penetrate new and existing markets.
- Collaborate across departments to identify, price, and launch competitive financial products that meet evolving member needs, especially among younger generations.
- Spearhead digital marketing evolution, including automation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
- Elevate the Credit Union’s visibility by telling compelling stories about its impact, innovation, and member-first philosophy—beyond the traditional credit union narrative.
- Assess and evolve the marketing team’s structure, talent, and capabilities to align with the Credit Union’s strategic objectives and growth ambitions.
- Lead, administer, and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS), Member Satisfaction Score (MSS), and Member Experience Score (MES) surveys, ensuring accurate and actionable insights. Identify trends, measure engagement, and provide regular reports to executive leadership and the Board, outlining key findings, opportunities for improvement, and strategic recommendations based on survey data.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, growth, or business strategy roles.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable, sustainable above market growth (e.g., membership, revenue, market share).
- Demonstrated experience driving engaged organic membership
- Deep understanding of marketing ROI, pricing, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Cross-functional leadership experience with marketing, product, digital, and/or retail operations.
- Experience building or optimizing digital marketing infrastructure, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling ability across media channels.
- Track record of high-performing team leadership, change management, and organizational design.
- Experience collaborating with executive peers on enterprise-wide strategy.
- Regular collaboration as an executive on the leadership team
