The Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda identifies and develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. This department is creative, data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that ensure Agoda’s leadership in the new and emerging channels.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

What you’ll need to succeed

• Extensive Experience: 3-5 years in a Data Analyst position or in projects involving big data — preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or Finance is a plus
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel)
• Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion; capable of navigating the organization to gather information and implement creative solutions
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with strong commercial acumen

It’s great if you have

• Experience in digital or social media marketing
• Experience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
