We’re seeking a Fund Coordinator to join the finance team of a leading private equity firm. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the private equity industry while supporting fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio reporting. The Fund Coordinator will take on critical fund administration responsibilities, contribute to high-visibility projects, and build expertise across fund operations and investor communications.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare investor presentations, annual meeting materials, and fundraising support documents
• Post financial statements, manage LP data in Investran, and coordinate LP transfers
• Handle investor requests, confirmations, and maintain LP communications (inbox, portal, reports)
• Manage entity setup, investor details, and employee investment programs (capital calls, distributions, onboarding)
• Support audits by organizing and uploading required documents
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, special initiatives, and ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–4 years of financial services, fund administration, or accounting experience
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with investors, counsel, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Investran experience
