Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a Northeast fleet based in Auburn, MA. This role offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight through New England and the broader Northeast, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul around 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 CPM performance bonus (up to 3¢ per mile) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
• Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
• Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
• Long Island delivery pay: $65
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours

Lane details

• Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network, operating frequently within Massachusetts and the wider New England area.
• Typical running area spans Virginia to Maine; common freight lanes move from Northern North Carolina up through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who choose to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
