A school in Pittsfield, MA is looking for a Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher to lead a classroom of curious, creative, and capable 5-year-olds. Each class is limited to 1517 students , with the daily support of a dedicated paraprofessional . There are students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) included in the class, but a general education license is fully accepted no special education certification is required.

What Youll Do:

• Create space for curiosity, kindness, independence, and growth

What Youll Need:

• A valid Massachusetts teaching certification in Early Childhood or Elementary Education

• A deep love for working with young children

• Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive education

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
