Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Massachusetts
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role centers on delivering clinical social work services through a virtual care model. You will support clients managing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges while ensuring continuity of care through consistent scheduling and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Create and manage treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Document sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed
- Ensure compliance with all telehealth and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Knowledge of virtual service delivery models
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
