Training & Development Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of leadership and organizational development programs and training events
- Coordinate vendors, scheduling, marketing communications, and training materials
- Maintain and organize leadership and professional development curriculum
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding logistics, program delivery, and effectiveness
- Track enrollments, attendance, completions, and learning records for all training programs
- Support tuition assistance programs, including eligibility verification, participant tracking, and payment coordination
- Assist with purchasing activities and budget tracking for learning programs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and program documentation
- Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure successful program delivery
- Support additional HR and organizational development initiatives as assigned

Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar function
- 2+ years of project or program coordination experience
- Experience coordinating training programs, learning events, or professional development activities
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Experience coordinating online learning events using platforms such as Zoom
- Schedule flexibility to occasionally support early morning or late afternoon training sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAP
- Experience managing enrollments, attendance, registrations, waiting lists, cost chargebacks, and learning records
- Experience with SharePoint and document management systems
- Experience supporting tuition assistance programs
- Experience planning and coordinating conferences, professional development programs, mentoring initiatives, or training events
- Familiarity with leadership and organizational assessments and HRIS tools
