Job Description

RHC is currently searching for Schedulers. In this role, you would schedule patient appointments for the field staff by inbound and outbound calls. We offer a team-based environment with extensive training to ensure confidence and success of our staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming and outgoing calls
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, and email
• Gain knowledge company respiratory products and services
• Perform and process other assigned tasks on a daily basis

Required Skills:

• Excellent communicator with a passion to provide outstanding customer service
• Proficient computer skills
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow
• Multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful and solution oriented with the ability to problem solve
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
