ResponsibilitiesGuide potential clients through the process of selecting insurance coverage that addresses their specific risks.
Review existing policies for gaps in protection and suggest meaningful updates.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our office doors or calls for advice.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care and precision.
Contribute to our positive office culture by sharing insights and supporting your colleagues.
Engage with the local Fall River community to build lasting professional connections.
RequirementsActive Massachusetts Property & Casualty producer license.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills for phone and in-person client interactions.
Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them.
Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain consistent follow-up with leads.
