3rd Shift Machine Operator

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to fill bottles with olive oil and subsequently packaging the products as they move through the U-shaped assembly line.

• Operate machines to fill bottles with olive oil.
• Package products efficiently as they progress through the assembly line.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to verbal and written work instructions.
• Utilize basic hand tools for inspection and maintenance tasks.

• Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.
• Ability to stand on feet for the majority of the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using basic hand tools for inspection and operational tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions meticulously.

The company is a fourth-generation family-owned business that invests in its people. As a temporary worker, you will receive a $25 bonus for working 40 hours in a week. Once permanent, you can earn a $40 bonus for 40 hours and an additional $40 by meeting performance targets.

The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a large warehouse appearance. Please note there is no air conditioning in the building. The shift time available is the 3rd shift from 10:50 PM to 7:20 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ayer, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ayer,MA.
