Join Our Corporate Operations Team
ECG’s Corporate Operations team has 110-plus employees associated with ECG offices across the country. These team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing.
Your Opportunity with ECG: HR Coordinator
ECG is seeking an HR coordinator with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the employee experience. You will provide critical support to new hires as they begin their career with ECG. Here, no two days or projects are alike, which means you’ll have a lot to learn and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Reporting to the HR operations manager, the coordinator will be responsible for onboarding new employees, supporting our compliance processes, and ensuring systems and processes are accurate and up to date.
In a fast-paced consulting environment where head count shifts, promotions accelerate, and multi-state compliance requirements evolve constantly, this role brings discipline, structure, and focuses on the details.

Your Responsibilities May Include
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including HRIS setup
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, programs, and procedures
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
- Support HR leadership in performance management, promotion, and compensation processes as needed
Employee Relations and Policy Support
- Provide first-level employee relations support, including policy interpretation and documentation
- Partner with HR leadership on investigations, performance matters, and conflict resolution as needed
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and programs
Compliance and HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with I-9 and other regulatory requirements
- Support multi-state compliance processes and audits
- Conduct regular HR data audits to ensure data integrity within HRIS
HR Systems and Reporting
- Maintain and update HRIS data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems
- Generate and analyze HR reports, including head count, turnover, and compliance tracking
- Maintain HR SharePoint and internal resources with current, accurate information
Employee Programs and Engagement
- Support administration of employee programs, including wellness, tuition reimbursement, and engagement initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives to enhance employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or organizational development, or a related degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an HR position that required confidentiality, tact, and responsiveness
- Experience managing HR information systems (ADP preferred)
- Demonstration of progressively increasing responsibilities, exposure, and scope
- Strong project management and organization skills with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn and understand other company applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others; viewed as approachable and as a responsive resource for employees and leaders
- Experience in operating with a high level of autonomy
Job Locations
- Must live in a city within commuting distance of an ECG office; cities include: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Diego, or Washington DC.
- Attendance in the office is required an average of once per week to coordinate onboarding activities

The estimated base salary range for this job is $37.50 - $40.38 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, PTO, and other wellness programs.
