About the Pay (Since Indeed Wants Us to Talk About It)

Flat rate $40–$55+/hr based on experience, plus a tiered monthly production bonus that adds real money for steady producers. Canton opens with marketing investment and Kingston customer overflow from Day 1 — there's work in the bays from week one. And while we ramp the Canton customer base, you'll have a guaranteed 40 hours/week of pay so you're never penalized for our timing.

We pay competitively because we run the shop right. Cars in the bays, parts on the shelves, advisors selling what you quote, work flowing without you having to chase it. Pay is the result of a well-run shop, not a recruiting trick. If a shop is paying top dollar but everything else is broken, the tech leaves in 6 months. We've been hiring techs who stay.

• Diagnosing and repairing European vehicles to factory standards

• Helping shape the workflow of a brand-new shop

• Performing accurate, efficient, well-documented work

• Communicating clearly with the service advisor team

• Staying current with training and technology

• Keeping your bay clean and professional

• Test-driving vehicles to confirm proper repairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive experience (European preferred)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic mindset

• Comfort being part of a small founding team

• Reliability, curiosity, professionalism

• ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus, not required

• Canton, MA (opens July 1, 2026)

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No weekends. Ever.

• Start dates flexible: June for Kingston-based onboarding and training, then move to Canton when we open July 1
