Solutions Architect-Data Cloud
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Provide information about products and services, assist with orders, and process returns when needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to recommend solutions and assist with transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, effective, and timely support. ### What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Comfort handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general customer service best practices. Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working remotely.
- Proficiency in an additional language.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce. ### What We Offer:
