Your Work Rhythm:

• Seven out of fourteen days scheduled as workdays:
  • First cycle: Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday
  • Second cycle: Monday, Friday, Tuesday, Saturday
• 12-hour shifts structured into:
  • Daytime: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
  • Nighttime: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
• Includes obligatory overtime with additional hours available at discretion

Your Suitability Includes:

• Clear understanding and execution of instruction formats
• Thorough documentation and safety practices
• Foundation in computer usage for training purposes

Preferred Expertise:

• Operational skills in blending and extrusion
• Troubleshooting acumen and mechanical insights
• Leadership potential in a collaborative setting
• Excellence in forklift operation and safety

Physical Ability Needs:

• Lifting capability up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stand extensively
• Regular agility in bending, climbing, and stretching tasks
