Direct calls and/or emails. Manage incoming calls for training course requirements. Manage monthly reports to managers and sales personnel. Operate office equipment: printers, scanners, and fax machines. Reserve conference rooms and training facilities for meetings and training classes. Organize and schedule training activities, including meetings, and conferences, and online training courses. Maintain office supplies for training facilities. Support time and attendance tracking. Create purchase requisitions for office materials and equipment. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-year. Minimum of 2 years related clerical/receptionist/customer service experience is required. Personal characteristics to include, professionalism, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and dependability. Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, required. Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
