The Advertising Specialist plays a key role in planning and executing diverse advertising campaigns, both digital and traditional, as part of a small, collaborative marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this specialist drives brand strategy and client relationships while leveraging tools like Google Ads and Adobe Creative Suite to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels, including social media and integrated marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital, traditional media, integrated marketing, and social media campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
- Create compelling advertising content aligned with brand strategy
- Plan media buys and allocate advertising budgets effectively
- Maintain strong client relations and coordinate with stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI
- Implement SEO optimization strategies for digital campaigns
- Provide detailed reporting on advertising outcomes and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related field
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO
- Experience with content marketing and data analysis
- Strong creative thinking and communication skills
- Project management capabilities within marketing contexts
