Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our Statistical Programming team, supporting a therapeutic area across our clinical portfolio. In this role, you will provide programming leadership on project teams, overseeing deliverables from single studies through regulatory approval, product launch, and annual reports, while collaborating with study teams, CROs, and departmental colleagues to shape and implement programming standards.

Discover your role:

  • Coordinate and oversee analysis programming within your therapeutic area, tracking progress and completion of deliverables
  • Manage and coordinate programming and quality control of analysis datasets and outputs in support of regulatory submissions
  • Mentor others on the use of standardization tools and therapeutic area standard analysis approaches
  • Serve as the programming representative on a multidisciplinary study team, ensuring timely, quality support through regulatory approval and launch
  • Develop data models, programming standards, and code, and train end users on project standards
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and modeling strong team behavior
  • Contribute to programming development and quality control using established tools and methodologies
  • Advise team members on procedures for data, records, and information retention

This role requires:

  • Master's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading programming deliverables within a clinical or therapeutic area
  • Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and applying programming standards and data models
