We’re looking for an experienced Technician Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and oversee the daily operations of high-voltage manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency and driving toward zero downtime .
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and manage a team of technicians in a technical operations area
✅ Maintain, repair, and improve manufacturing laser equipment
✅ Implement and oversee a preventative maintenance program
✅ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
✅ Review technician work and production data for process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics (analog & digital)
- Experience with high-voltage equipment, power supplies, and industrial controls
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-codes
- Familiarity with motion control systems (X, Y, Z, rotary drives)
- Proficient in using DVOM, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
- Military service a plus
