Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 2 activités :

• Les activités de distribution en Europe et dans d'autres zones géographiques comme l'APAC, le Moyen Orient, et l'Amérique latine, de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;

• Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.

Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

Poste et missions

In this Boston-based position, the successful candidate will be:

• Supporting the local NIM Solutions Consultant with existing and new business opportunities, and particularly portfolio analytics;
• Assisting the US Offshore sales team by providing a comprehensive support to both internal stakeholders (including Natixis IM sales) and clients;
• Helping out the ‘Portfolio Clarity’ effort by carrying out asset allocation analysis and fund analysis which help driving sales of Natixis IM affiliated strategies;
• Conducting Market Intelligence, including peer group analysis, market and product trends identification;
• Understanding the specific needs of US Offshore and possibly LatAm clients and be able to offer them new or existing analytical solutions matching their bespoke objectives, requirements and constraints;
• Working on projects involving portfolio construction, asset allocation optimization, forward looking portfolio projection, and various other works including process automation.

Key Responsibilities

This individual must:

• Be highly collaborative and will work closely with other members of the broader Client Solutions team (Portfolio Advisors, Analysts, Quants) as well as Natixis IM Distribution teams (including Sales, Marketing, Investment Specialist and Affiliates);
• Help to prepare analysis, marketing materials and customized investment proposals for client meetings and other key events;
• Be highly competent in the use of various systems and analytical tools used by the team (e.g. proprietary optimization tools, Python, Morningstar and Bloomberg);
• Analyze relevant market-based trends, internal and third party research on capital markets developments and other data to formulate new topical content for internal and external use;
• Other ad hoc analyses and project work as requested.

Profil et compétences requises

Master's Degree in Financial Analysis.

Excellent understanding of investing, economics and finance, with a deep understanding of asset allocation, risk management and capital markets theory.

Experience in Asset Management preferred.

Strong written and communication skills and business-driven mindset.

Python coding, Excel and PowerPoint are essential; working knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar are an advantage.

Knowledge of Spanish is a real advantage.
