Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management :

Recruit, train, and supervise employees, creating effective work schedules while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Operations Oversight :

Manage all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.

• Quality Assurance :

Ensure the food and service consistently meet high standards, maintain proper cleanliness, and oversee food safety practices.

• Inventory & Suppliers :

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage product ordering.

• Customer Service :

Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and building positive rapport.

• Compliance :

Ensure the restaurant complies with all relevant health, safety, and labor laws and regulations.

Essential Skills

• Leadership : Effectively lead, motivate, and support a team to meet performance goals.
• Communication : Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for clear direction and effective interactions.
• Problem-Solving : Handle operational challenges and customer issues with excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of POS system.
• Schedule: . Tuesday through Friday open to close, 9-8 or 9-9 with a mid-day break typically between 2 to 4pm.
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience, starting at $52,000. Possibility of bonuses based on profitability.
