THE WORK:
- You’ll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
- You’ll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
- You’ll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
- You’ll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
- You’ll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
- You’ll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
- You’ll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
- You’ll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.
- You’ll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
- You’ll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

$150,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree
- Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings
