Our first unit boasts 18 private rooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, with a dedicated focus on orthopedic care. Whether it's joint replacements or other orthopedic procedures, our team is committed to getting patients back on their feet._** **_The second unit features 15 beds, a mix of private and semi-private rooms, catering to a broad range of medical and surgical needs. Join us and be part of a team that makes a difference every day!_** **_Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Medical Surgical team?_** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness + Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient + Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes + Critical Thinking + Responds to patient needs in a timely manner, including answering call lights. + Documents all changes as well as relevant information regarding patient's response to intervention, therapeutic regimens, and patient progress as it relates to plan of care and patient's response to teaching. **Work Shift:** Per Diem, rotating **Education Required:** Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
