Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide direct 1:1 therapy services to a caseload of 20 high school students. This onsite role is based in Hardwick, MA, at a high school facility. The contract is for the full school year (NSY), offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on students communication skills without the responsibility of testing or managing IEPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to high school students
• Maintain direct 1:1 therapy sessions focused on student progress and goals
• Collaborate with school staff to support student communication needs
• Monitor and document therapy progress as required by the setting

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP License
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially in a school or healthcare setting
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA is highly desirable
