Construction Manager
Construction Manager
?Job Description

Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction
-
Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Conduct field inspections
-
Prepare estimates and track project costs
-
Review and approve invoices
-
Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals
Qualifications
-
5+ years of commercial construction management
-
Manage multiple projects at once
-
Must hold a current Construction Supervisor's License (CSL)
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of North Reading, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Reading,MA.
