Crunch is where serious fitness meets serious fun! We are a diverse, high-energy community built on our famous "No Judgments" philosophy. We believe in making fitness accessible, exciting, and rewarding for everyone. With dozens of locations open and even more on the horizon, we are expanding rapidly. We are not looking for "average" managers; we are looking for ambitious, sales-driven leaders who lead from the front, motivate exceptional teams, and treat the business like it's their own. POSITION SUMMARY
As the Club Manager, you are the business leader of your gym. You are responsible for the overall performance of the club—driving membership sales, maximizing personal training revenue, managing operational schedules, and ensuring an elite level of cleanliness and customer service. You will directly manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of sales reps, personal trainers, and front desk staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Revenue & Sales: Lead from the front to consistently hit and exceed monthly membership and personal training production goals. Coach your team to sell with confidence and urgency.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a stellar staff. Cultivate a culture of accountability, high energy, and career progression.
- Execute Flawless Gym Operations: Ensure the facility meets strict Crunch standards for cleanliness, safety, security, and equipment maintenance. Walk the floor daily and reinforce that "cleanliness is everyone's responsibility".
- Elevate Member Experience: Foster a welcoming environment. Handle escalated member issues quickly, tactfully, and professionally.
- Operational & KPI Management: Oversee club schedules, manage payroll hours, and control general operational expenses to remain at or below budget. Track daily and weekly performance metrics to implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Community Outreach: Act as the local face of the brand. Drive gym traffic through local B2B outreach, community partnerships, and marketing promotions.
- Experience: 2–3+ years of management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality industry management preferred).
- Sales Success: A proven, verifiable track record of driving top-line revenue and smashing aggressive sales goals.
- Language Skills: Fluency in any or all of the following languages is strongly preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, Cape Verdean, or Brazilian Portuguese.
- Leadership Style: A competitive mindset with a "lead-by-example" work ethic. You aren't afraid to jump on the phones or clean a piece of equipment.
- Business Acumen: Experience managing schedules, labor budgets, and analyzing basic performance metrics and KPIs.
- Certifications: Valid CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
· ICHRA health insurance reimbursement.
· Paid Time Off (PTO)
· Accelerated career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding franchise.
· Free Elite-Level Crunch Fitness Membership. Ready to leave "average" behind? Apply today and build a true career with Crunch Fitness!
