SUMMARY: The Cyber Risk Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Cyber Risk team, including the cyber placement team, cyber claims, the Newfront account teams and producers. This position is an hourly, non-exempt and full-time hybrid position with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations or hubs in Dallas and Southern California. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. Requires seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects. This position reports directly to the Cyber Team Leader. What You’ll Be Responsible For- Support the placement team by preparing pre-renewal decks, quote comparisons, renewal proposals, and carrier follow ups.
- Update the market summary and account renewal reports and provide the marketing advisors with administrative support.
- Review applications and supplementals for completion and flag gaps or unclear responses.
- Support the placement team’s efforts with limit-adequacy analyses by running benchmarking and ground-up analyses.
- Prepare and review client communications and deliverables.
- Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment is required.
- Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation.
- Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment including listening without interrupting, using a clear and audible voice and responding calmly and professionally.
- Intermediate knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office.
- Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work to solve problems.
- Works well with others in a fast paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues. Must also work independently.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and identify potential discrepancies.
- Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.
- Project maintenance skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of brokerage experience preferred.
- Experience with information-security tools and practices.
- Understanding of casualty insurance and risk management.
- Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire).
