Job Knowledge and Skills

· Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

· Responsible, supportive team player

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Analytical, able to make sound decisions

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team

· Excellent time management and documentation skills

· Compassionate and resident-centered care approach

· The ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.

· Active license as a PT in the applicable State of work.

· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred

· Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
