Location: Broadway, Everett, Massachusetts

Shifts Available:

• Morning: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Evening: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week (with potential for more as we grow)

Position: Barista / Server

We are looking for passionate and skilled baristas who are equally comfortable providing table service. You’ll be preparing specialty drinks—including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour-overs—while also engaging with customers in a full-service environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.

• Familiarity with La Marzocco espresso machines is a big plus.

• Ability to multitask between coffee preparation and customer service.

• Team players who value professionalism, innovation, and excellent hospitality.

• Reliability for morning or evening shifts.
