Snow Site Supervisor (Seasonal)

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead on-site snow and ice management activities, including plowing, de-icing, and sidewalk clearing
- Coordinate crews and equipment to deliver timely and effective service in accordance with company standards
- Monitor site conditions and provide real-time status updates and “Safe by Six” reports using SiteFotos
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Area Manager regarding site conditions, progress, and any issues during snow events
Qualifications
- Experience in snow operations, site supervision, or crew leadership preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and available to work 24/7 during snow events as needed
- Reliable transportation and access to a phone required
