Senior Administrative Associate
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Associate to provide advanced administrative and faculty support in a dynamic academic environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across teaching, research, and events, while serving as a trusted resource for faculty and staff.

What You’ll Do:
- Support faculty with course preparation, presentation design, and academic project
- Manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and domestic/international travel
- Record and distribute meeting minutes with timely follow-ups
- Process reimbursements, purchases, and budget reconciliations
- Coordinate events, programs, and maintain accurate faculty/public content
- Oversee shared office spaces, conference room scheduling, and daily operations
What You’ll Bring:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Background in higher education
- Experience with SAP or Concur systems
