We seek to add a part-time Billing Coordinator to our team. Clients entrust us with critical military cargo and life-saving medicine, and our management team serves a vital role in executing on that trust. Work 30 days/week over 5 days/week. This PT position is eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service prices, rates, tenders, and tariffs are correct in the system.
• Conduct thorough reviews and audits of invoices to verify their accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting and pricing requirements.
• Collaborate in the pricing process.
• Responsible for the order-to-cash process: rating, bill of lading capture, billing.
• Continually seek process improvement opportunities for billing and accounts receivable.
• Execute special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience in revenue management, billing, and/or pricing in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using software and tools related to billing and pricing.
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and market trends is a plus.
