Job Description:

The Marketing Comms Specialist will support partner communications and webinar execution by coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing end-to-end marketing automation workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assemble content inputs into structured briefs for partner communications

• Manage 3 newsletters and 8 partner emails per quarter

• Support 2–3 webinars per quarter, including one-panel webinar builds

• Execute end-to-end setup of Zoom Webinars (ZW ) and Splash

• Build and update emails and landing pages within Marketo

• Sync campaigns from Marketo to Salesforce

• Chase and follow up with content owners to meet sprint deadlines

• Operate within a Scrum/Agile environment using 2-week sprints

• Provide proactive updates via Slack and Jira

• Support post-webinar recaps and reporting to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3 years of direct Marketo/marketing automation experience

  • Hands-on Zoom Webinar (ZW ) experience with end-to-end setup

  • Experience with Splash or similar event platforms

  • Salesforce campaign syncing experience (via Marketo)

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills (email editing and backend updates)

  • Landing page build experience

  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments

  • Jira (or similar project management tool) experience

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

  • Ability to overcommunicate updates and proactively follow up with stakeholders

  • Availability for occasional early webinar support (1am ET, once per quarter)

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • B2B SaaS background

  • IT or cybersecurity industry experience

  • Reporting and analytics experience

  • Experience with tools such as Asana or Workday

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
