Location: Lexington , MA (02421)
**Duration: 20 Weeks
Pay Rate: $29.00/Hr. - $32.00/Hr. On W2**
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
- 40 Hours per Week
Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant will support Lexington Primary Care by performing routine clinical and administrative duties, including taking blood pressure, vital signs, height and weight, EKGs, phlebotomy, point-of-care (POC) testing, scheduling diagnostic and lab tests, maintaining exam rooms and medical supplies, and supporting patient care operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required .
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Experience taking blood pressure and performing general MA duties.
- Epic experience required.
- Point-of-Care (POC) testing experience required.
- Experience scheduling diagnostic and lab tests required.
- Must live within 20 miles of the facility.
You should be proficient in:
- Medical Assistance
- BLS (AHA)
