The team culture values mentorship, ongoing learning, and evidence-based practice, creating a strong foundation for your professional growth.In this role, you can expect a typical day to include assisting with patient evaluations by gathering data and performing delegated tests under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing individualized treatment plans focusing on therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual techniques within the PTA scope of practice, progressing patients through their programs based on established goals and clinical guidance, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, body mechanics, injury prevention, and safe return to activity, documenting all interventions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record, and collaborating with the therapy team on treatment progression, discharge planning, and overall quality of care.The caseload typically includes adult and adolescent patients with orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal concerns. Patient volume and scheduling are designed to support both efficiency and personalized care, allowing you to build strong therapeutic relationships and track measurable outcomes. The clinic is equipped with modern therapy tools and exercise equipment to support progressive rehabilitation and functional training.Scheduling generally consists of weekday shifts with the possibility of some extended hours to accommodate patient needs, depending on clinic operations. You will work on-site in a structured outpatient environment with access to peers, clinical leadership, and administrative support.
