Through its staff of 250+ professionals, JF&CS provides integrated services to address mental health and well-being, economic insecurity, disability and aging challenges, and more. Our state-wide reputation for excellence is a direct result of our committed staff—and our Director of Human Resources is charged with the strategies and operations to develop that staff.

Beyond the HR leadership role, the Director will participate in broad-based organization-wide planning on a wide range of strategic and operational issues.

This is a full‑time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 3-4 days per week of in‑person work.

  • Supervising and mentoring HR staff members , developing their skills and structuring the department to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Experience, Skills, and Approach
