SDC/Infection Contro
- Coordinate and deliver orientation, in-service education, and ongoing staff training
- Oversee infection prevention and control programs in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Track competencies, certifications, and required education for clinical staff
- Monitor, investigate, and report infection trends; implement prevention strategies
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices
- Ensure accurate documentation and preparedness for surveys and audits
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in staff development and/or infection control preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and infection prevention guidelines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teaching skills
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
