Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established policies and procedures

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and perform vital signs and other patient care tasks as assigned

• Develop and maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to identify, prioritize, and address patient needs and concerns

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts

• High school diploma or equivalent required
