We are New Englands leading commercial/industrial heating contractor and we are growing! Our organization has been servicing customers for over 70 years mainly in Eastern Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a Service Technician who has the enthusiasm and ability to work with our other team members.

Position requirements are as follows:

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair high efficiency gas and oil
• Test, diagnose and repair problems with system and propose relevant
• Diagnose and repair electric control
• Maintaining and cleaning gas/oil boiler systems and
• Verify correct operation of equipment related to heating and process
• Ensure all boiler and burner components are operating safely and efficiently.
• Perform thorough combustion analysis with company issued analyzer and make proper adjustments accordingly.
• Assemble or disassemble parts of gas/oil burning Replace and potentially rebuild faulty components.
• Provide customers with technical product information and provide product training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Oil burner license is required
• Electrical background is a plus
• Computer knowledge
• Fully capable of communicating with customers regardingconcerns, diagnoses/repair and clearly communicate resolutions as well as follow up requirements
• Clearly communicate with internal office
• Product knowledge
• Safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Professional appearance
• On Call coverage requirement
