Job Description:
Looking to launch a hands-on technical career? We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Extrusion Operator to join our team, and no prior experience is required. In this entry-level role, you will receive full training to set up and operate high-precision plastic extrusion equipment to manufacture custom, miniature tubing. You will work closely with our engineering team to prep raw materials, test new tooling, and troubleshoot machinery in a highly supportive environment focused on your professional growth. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to master a specialized trade, this is the perfect opportunity to build valuable technical skills from the ground up.

• Perform machine set up, calibration and maintenance
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in operating brake press machines, including setup and adjustments
