Part-time administrative assistant for a fast-paced, creative workflow. This role combines organizational support with social media and SEO contribution, and supports the work of an active performing artist.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support (Google Docs/Sheets, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Scheduling, research, and coordination (including travel and booking support)
• Social media posting and content collaboration
• Basic video editing and simple graphics
• Website updates (Squarespace a plus)
• Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to research, generate ideas, and refine content
• This role involves real-time, side-by-side collaboration during work sessions. We are connected live (FaceTime, Zoom, or similar) while working independently, checking in as needed.
• Contribute to SEO improvements (keywords, content optimization, search visibility)

Requirements

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Clear, concise communication
• Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Word, and Excel
• Experience supporting social media accounts
• Strong working knowledge of SEO (keywords, content optimization, search visibility)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative tools: Ability to quickly and efficiently edit short-form video (e.g., trimming 15–30 second clips for social media). This is not a long-form or highly produced editing role.
• Canva alone is not sufficient
• Mac and iPhone user preferred
• References required

Pay

Starting at $18/hour

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
