About the Role
We're seeking a Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMHC) to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients navigating addiction and/or mental health issues. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team focused on ethical, high-quality care in a client-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and the recovery process
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case reviews
- Coordinate care and referrals with outside providers as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Massachusetts license: LICSW or LMHC
- At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of s ubstance use disorders and co-occurring conditions
- Empathetic, professional, and passionate about supporting recovery

Requirements
