We are expanding our Boston market and seeking a consultative, client-focused Design Consultant to serve homeowners throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities.
This is a W-2 position with pre-qualified appointments, strong operational support, and uncapped earning potential.
About the Role
As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their residences, assess their needs, take measurements, and recommend custom blinds, shades, and drapery solutions.
This is a field-based, client-facing sales role that combines design consultation with performance-driven income potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home design consultations and recommend tailored solutions
Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed project specifications
Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up to drive conversion
Deliver a professional, high-quality client experience from consultation through installation
Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
Meet or exceed sales performance goals
What We're Looking For
Proven track record as a top sales performer (top 1020%, awards, or documented results)
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
Background in in-home sales, design consulting, real estate, or luxury retail preferred
Residence within 30 minutes of central Boston
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Compensation
W-2 employee status (not an independent contractor)
$1,500 per week plus commission during a 12-week training ramp
Transition to uncapped commission after training
Average first-year earnings: $100,000$120,000+
Top performers: $185,000$200,000+
Monthly bonus opportunity tied to customer reviews
Gain Share Program participation
