• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room (OR)
• Start Date: September 8, 2025
• End Date: December 6, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM start), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend (Saturday/Sunday) per month
• Call Requirement: Scheduled monthly (Short Call, Overnight, and Weekend)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,470 - $2,540 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required for submission)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Robotic surgery and neuro surgery experience preferred
• Scrubbing experience preferred but not mandatory
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (no declinations accepted)
• Must not have worked at any Beth Israel facility (perm/travel/PRN) within the past 6 months
• Local candidates not accepted

OR Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and clinical protocols
• Assist with robotic and neuro surgical procedures as part of the perioperative team
• Document and manage patient information using Epic EMR
• Participate in scheduled call rotations (short call, overnight, weekend)
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to provide high-quality healthcare
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards
