Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for an ENTR Analyst.

This position will be a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Duties to include but not limited to the following:
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broadin nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Operateswith appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
• Analyzes ECCO Detention Removals and Information Line (DRIL), Victims of Immigration CrimeEngagement (VOICE) trends, volume, demographics, and operator metrics to support enforcementand removal.
• Conducts analyses of detention complaints submitted through DHS OIG, ICE OPR, ERO.INFO,ERO.JIC Facilitation of Return Request (FoRR), and other ERO Intake mailboxes or onlinechannels as directed by the COR.
• Conducts research using ICE databases on specific complaints, the individuals submitting thosecomplaints, or other relevant information related to individual queries or systemic issues in ICEdetention.
• Logs all information into a web-based case management system.
• Works cases and develops summaries of cases to be referred to an ERO Officer/Agent, ERO fieldoffices or ICE headquarters offices for follow-up review and action.
• Enters ECCO and agency related information into the Tableau business intelligence and analyticsdatabase.
• Provides statistical analysis, and ad-hoc reporting as required using the Tableau analytics database.
• Provides technical writing and editing support.
• Develops analytics to identify trend lines across multiple data sources within CPD.
• Examines and evaluate existing business practices and systems and make recommendations inorder to create greater efficiencies and streamline operations, while maintaining or increasingcompliance rates.
• Provides compliance rate data and data analytics for programmatic work that have an associatedagency Directive which requires a measurement of compliance or service.
• Understands and use predictive analysis and tools to forecast, employ business analytics (includingan enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data) and conduct operational research to identify andrecommend optimal or near-optimal solutions to complex challenges. The vendor will identify,understand, and provide business analytics by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis onthe data from the various programs that have cross-points with the ECCO.
• Provides programmatic conceptualization on new task that fall into the scope of the contractedprogrammatic work, the vendor will provide support, planning, and database enterprise solutions toinclude but is not limited to the strategic deployment of such non- inherently governmentalprogrammatic work.
• Benefits realization and earned value management analysis.
• Utilize RAD applications and CRM software tools.
• Experience designing process maps and workflow details.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills And Experience

• Clearance Required: Public Trust
• US Citizen
• Experience working with the ECCO Call Center in Irvine, CA.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $88,000.00 - USD $93,000.00 /Yr.
