Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll spearhead growth by generating new business and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify lead prospects to determine suitability for VizSense services.
- Build target lists and conduct outreach sequences to generate new leads.
- Network within industries to identify and capture opportunities.
- Schedule and host uncovering and capabilities calls to articulate VizSense's value proposition.
- Customize proposals and negotiate deals from initial contact to contract closure.
- Track pipeline progress and manage CRM for accurate deal tracking.
- Develop client-facing kickoff decks and facilitate introductory calls with the Client Services Team (CST).
- Onboard clients and ensure smooth transition to project initiation with CST.
- Manage relationships for accounts, focusing on upselling opportunities.
- Address scope and ensure client satisfaction during project execution.
- Train and support incoming SDR/Marketing roles to ensure seamless transitions.
- Attend in-person meetings and travel as necessary to support sales objectives.
- Accurately forecast quarterly performance and manage pipeline in HubSpot.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of VizSense's influencer marketing campaigns and benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals while adhering to budget guidelines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales/account services.
- Located in Boston, MA or New York, NY.
- A background at an influencer marketing agency or in top digital sales is ideal.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven ROI and business impact.
- Strategic planning and partnership skills.
- Deep brand marketing understanding.
- Client service focus and leadership skills.
- Adaptability in digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
