Construction Project Superintendent
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join their team in Needham, MA. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, direct subcontractors, and ensure every phase of construction meets safety, quality, and schedule standards. Must have Urban Infill expreince. education: High School responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations, trade coordination, and material deliveries to ensure schedule milestones and quality standards are met.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain a 3-Week Look Ahead schedule to ensure continuous workflow.
- Enforce job site safety compliance by performing daily inspections, conducting weekly Toolbox Safety meetings, and maintaining site cleanliness.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on administrative tasks, including processing RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project closeout documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate required building inspections, third-party testing agencies, and dimensional layout controls.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
