About the Role

As a Customer Service Retail Sales Representative , you’ll be the friendly face representing our client’s brand in local stores, shopping centers, and event spaces. You’ll talk with customers, answer questions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. Every interaction makes a difference in driving brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome and assist customers in retail or event environments

• Learn about products and explain benefits clearly and confidently

• Complete sales by gathering customer information and placing orders

• Maintain displays, signage, and event setups

• Use tablets or apps to record customer information and feedback

• Collaborate with teammates to improve campaign results

• Follow brand guidelines and present yourself professionally

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivation to meet goals and provide great service

• Ability to work in-person at retail or event sites

• Flexible schedule availability

• Dependable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience in customer-facing role

• Comfort using tablets or mobile apps on the job
