Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Palmer, MA
Schedule: 10:00 AM – Finish
Pay: $18-$19.50/hr
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stage materials
Pull, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive, sort, label, and store inventory accurately
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality
Assist with shipping, including parcel and UPS preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform basic equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
Complete tasks efficiently to meet shipping deadlines
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Warehouse or forklift experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
