*Job Description:*
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery. You will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, manage staff, handle orders, and maintain equipment and facilities to uphold our high standards of quality and service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Manage Day-to-Day Operations:** Oversee the efficient operation of the bakery, including production, packaging, and distribution of cookies.
2. **Supervise Staff:** Provide leadership and guidance to bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
3. **Manage Orders:** Coordinate with team to fulfill orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. **Maintain Equipment/Facility:** Ensure all bakery equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and in good working condition. Oversee cleanliness and organization of the bakery facility.
5. **Monitor Inventory:** Manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and finished products to meet production demands and minimize waste.
6. **Ensure Quality Control:** Uphold quality standards for ingredients, recipes, and finished products, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
7. **Implement Safety Procedures:** Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in bakery management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
