**Starter - $20.71 per hour**

**Monday - Friday / Some Saturdays**
**Could work a 8, 10, or 12 hour shift depending on daily schedule**
**3:00pm - 11:00pm or**
**5:00pm - 3:00am or**
**7:00pm - 7:00am**

**The Job You Will Perform:**
**Counting and stacking finished product**
**Reading factory orders**
**Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment**
**Utilizing basic shop math, including reading a tape measure**
**Requires accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions**
**This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.**
**Requires bending, stooping, twisting, pushing and pulling, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) but not to exceed 50 lbs.**

**Ensuring Quality and Safety**
**Being punctual and ready to work for scheduled shifts**
**Ability and desire to work safely and follow safety procedures, including the use of proper personal protective equipment as required**
**Ability to read a standard tape measure**
**Ability to add and subtract all units of measure, read, copy, count and record figures**
**Ability to read factory orders**
**Ability to stand, walk and reach at or below shoulder level with frequent twisting, bending and lifting from the ground; repetitive lifting**
**Ability to work daily and Saturday overtime as business conditions require**
**Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.**
**Must be at least 18 years of age**
**Willingness to work 2nd shift**
**Applicant must successfully complete pre-employment health assessment, drug screen, and background check**
